The use of the Internet implies security and privacy risks on communications. Asymmetric Key Cryptography, among other security systems are recognized by Guatemalan Law and has proven to be the most adequate tool to provide reliability on electronic communications. In order to offer security services on the Web, providers must comply with current regulations. 

In this area our legal services are necessary to develop the legal framework and legal structure for Certification Services and electronic signatures providers, and to offer Web security services in Guatemala. Our experience has been focused on writing certification practices, policies and electronic signature contracts, or PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), also on the registration of Service Providers in the Registry of Service Providers of Guatemala.
